"Intense flames leap from one of the homes destroyed by a fire Tuesday March 23, 2009 in Highland Creek, a new North Raleigh neighborhood. It was unclear late Tuesday night what caused the flames, whether any injuries had been reported and estimated property damages.Stuart Way, who shot these photographs, was one of the first residents to move into the Highland Creek neighborhood in its infancy nearly three years ago. He said he drove up on the scene at about 7:30 p.m. shortly after the blaze started."
